- Refund minus Restocking Fee: We will issue a refund to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee for any other returned item that meets the conditions outlined below.

- Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition with all tags attached.

- Herbal products
- These items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and any applicable customs documents.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- E-gift certificates
- Any online or in-store items marked “Final Sale”
